What we collect

When you submit the booking form on this website we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and the type of space you told us you're interested in. We also record the date of your enquiry.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry — to contact you about arranging a tour, answer questions about availability, and follow up if you asked us to. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting membership. If you'd like your details removed, email or message us and we'll delete them.

Where it's stored

Enquiries are stored on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare, Inc. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also held on WhatsApp's own systems under their privacy terms.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. There's no charge for this.
